Lock Spatial Features
Features queried into the design file from a spatial database are not editable. They need to be locked in the database to prevent other users from editing those features at the same time. Locking in the database has the effect of unlocking the features in the DGN file.
Select the features to be locked by a fence, selection set, or view.

Apply Where Clauses |
Apply any where clauses defined in the connection when searching for features to lock |

Refresh Features |
After locking, refresh the features to be sure the geometry in the active model represent the current state of the database |
